 1. Remote programming, if you have modem access; or we will talk you thru changes, if you have local system access.

2. Parts Acquisition; if there are parts available, prepaid and shipped to you.

3. On-Site Support: On-site labor rate is $75.00 per hour. We will come to your site in northern or central Indiana and southwestern Michigan. Travel rates are fixed at $75.00 per hour with no additional “trip charges.” Travel rate is negotiable for longer trips. Trips requiring overnight stays, would include a per night charge of $150.00.

4. This is a service company. We are not set up to do any kind of cable work. We can install or move systems.

5. Business is covered by Liabilty Policy.
